The web platform is WordPress and works independently from the general web platform of the Capital Region. The privacy guidelines on this website follow European legislation.

Collection and processing of your personal data via Cames.dk

On cames.dk we only collect personal information with your explicit consent. Any personal information that you choose to share with us will be processed and protected and will not be made public without your consent. We do not collect or store any personal information or data in our systems.

The information we collect in our contact form on the website is sent via WordPress to the requested email address that the user enters in the form. The information entered is kept by WordPress for a maximum of 6 months.

Piwik Pro: 

Cames.dk uses Piwik PRO Analytics, which is a web analytics service from Piwik PRO. Piwik PRO Analytics uses so-called "cookies", described as text files that are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information from the cookie about your use of this website is transferred to a Piwik server in the EU and stored there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Piwik PRO uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website and internet usage to the website operator.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by using a corresponding setting in your browser software. However, we point out that in this case you may limit some of Cames.dk's functions.

Newsletters/mailchimp:
By accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the collection and processing of your data by https://cames.dk for the purpose of sending you newsletters as a subscriber. The information collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending you news and for statistical purposes relating to our newsletters. We use MailChimp to collect and store email addresses and to send news emails. When you subscribe to our news service, you also give your consent for your data to be transferred to MailChimp and processed in accordance with MailChimp's privacy policy. When you sign up for newsletters, we record your name and email address. MailChimp is a US email distribution company that has signed up to the EU-US Privacy Shield scheme, and your data is therefore transferred to a secure third country outside the EU/EEA. You can withdraw your consent at any time by cancelling your subscription. You can do this by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletters you receive from us.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, this will only affect the further processing of the personal data, and thus not the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. Once you withdraw your consent and cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive news emails from the cames.dk website and your data will be deleted within two months. 

WordPress:
The personal information we collect in forms and any event registrations is stored in our WordPress CMS. We do not collect or store any personal information or data in our systems.

Pictures

Situational images may be published without consent under the Personal Data Act. Cames.dk may publish situation photos of events. The images may be published on various media platforms, such as Cames' website, Facebook pages and LinkedIn. For non-situational images, photos are always used where consent has been obtained. Photos that apply to this category can always be withdrawn by contacting CAMES

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

You can unsubscribe from emails from CAMES.dk at any time. At the bottom of all newsletters there is clear information on how to unsubscribe.

You may contact CAMES at any time to obtain a copy of the information held on our systems or to have this information deleted.
